Steam Days 2026

 

The next steam days at the museum are :-

 

Sunday and Monday 30 - 31 August

Saturday and Sunday 24 - 25 October

Monday and Tuesday 28 - 29 December

all the engines will be in steam

 

We are celebrating our Diamond Jubilee (60 years) over the August 30/31 weekend

With some additional attractions

10am – 4pm

Parking and access to the museum on Morrison's car-park is free but donations to help cover the considerable cost of the gas for the steam boiler would be appreciated

 

We are also open for visits every Wednesday and Sunday (11am - 3pm) when we can demonstrate some of the engines on electric motor drive
