We are at last able to confirm that, barring any new covid restrictions or regulations announced in the next month, our two steaming dates on

Sunday and Monday 29th and 30th August

10am – 4pm

Will go ahead as scheduled, with all the engines in steam

The museum is large spacious building in which you can maintain “social distancing” or other covid-precautions as you wish

This will be our first steaming for 12 months, so we would be delighted to see you.

Museum admission and car parking are free, although a donation toward the cost of raising the steam would be appreciated.

We are also now open for visits every Wednesday and Sunday (11am - 3pm) when we can demonstrate some of the engines on electric motor drive
